Tips:
- Do not include your phone number, email or website address in the listing description or your listing will be removed.
- If putting your farm up for sale, in the description give as much detail as possible such as legal description, lot size, zoning, well, septic, sewer, utilities, etc… This will avoid many questions from arising.
- When selling Livestock or any type of animal, please give details on date of birth, gender, weight, is the animal registered, can it be registered, intact or fixed, dehorned, castrated, etc..
- Farm equipment needs to mention if it is in working condition or not, last time used, year made, model, etc.
- When selling edible items such as eggs and produce, mention harvested date.
- Hatching eggs, please give all breeds known in the making of these fertilized eggs.
