You agree that TheFarmGal, Mejias Family Farm, Tracy Mejias our team and/or volunteers are NOT to be held liable for any situation that may arise, such as animal issues, health issues or any other issues that may arise. You understand that you will be out in the hot desert sun and it is suggested to use sunscreen (you provide), have a canopy or umbrella (weighted down) and that you are to provide your own tables, chairs, refreshments and other items that you may need to run your vendor table successfully. We do not give out change so please be prepared. Our events run back-to-back on the dates specified, beginning in June of 2026. Our events run on Saturdays only, beginning at 10am - 4pm, you are requesting to be vendor for that entire time. Setup time is between 8:30am-9:45am and take down time is after 4pm and you may not leave or takedown before that time, unless prior arrangements have been made or an emergency arises. You agree that you will dispose of all garbage properly and off the property. You also agree, that there are no refunds whether in full or partial are given at anytime unless approved by TheFarmGal (Tracy Mejias). You may however, switch from one event date to another.
